Shopping

Work with a real estate agent to find your dream home using an approved rent-to-own budget.

Offer To Purchase

The rent-to-own provider purchases the home per the agreement's terms, setting it aside for your future ownership.

Rent-To-Own Term

During your term you'll be paying monthly rent plus a credit towards your future purchase of the home.

Terms & Conditions

Abide by the terms of the agreement, maintaining payments and pride of homeownership.

Rent-To-Own Exit

Upon successful completion of the term, we will assist you to qualify for your home's mortgage.

Full Ownership

Shift ownership from the rent-to-own provider to yourself, transitioning into full homeownership.
